10. Right of Withdrawal

10.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 30 days of receiving the last item of the order, including weekends and public holidays. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify UNDER SHIELD® by email at info@undershield.it, following the instructions provided by the Seller.

10.2 The Customer may cancel their order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, the Customer should contact the Seller as soon as possible by email at info@undershield.it.

10.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Products to the address indicated by the Seller, following the instructions provided.

10.4 Returned Products must not have been worn, used, or damaged. They must include all original tags, packaging, and intact security seals. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the withdrawal not being accepted.

10.5 Customers who validly exercise the right of withdrawal will receive a full refund within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Products, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

10.6 The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised Products, pursuant to Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code.
